Opening Hours and Appointments

We run an appointment system at both surgeries. To book an appointment, please call the surgery you are registered with:

Alternatively, you can book an appointment with a doctor online.

Both Evergreen Oak Surgery and The Creekmoor Surgery are open Monday-Friday 08:30-18:00, except for Thursday afternoons after 12:30 when The Creekmoor Surgery is closed. If you are registered at The Creekmoor Surgery and need to be seen on a Thursday afternoon, please telephone the Evergreen Oak Surgery.

If you have an urgent problem, we request that you telephone the surgery you are registered with between 08:30-09:30 Monday-Friday. You will speak to a doctor, who will arrange an appointment, or advise on an appropriate course of action for your problem.

For routine appointments, we request that you telephone after 10:00 to arrange these. Click on the following links for when doctors are available at Evergreen Oak Surgery and The Creekmoor Surgery.

The surgery is also open until 20:45 on Monday evenings in order to provide routine pre-booked appointments for those who find it difficult to attend during normal working hours. Each week the appointments will be provided by one of the surgery doctors, but the doctor will change from week to week. Should an urgent problem arise during this time it would still be necessary to contact the emergency telephone number listed below.
