Online Facilities

You can use the internet to book an appointment with a doctor, or to order repeat prescriptions. Before you can do this however, you need to register.

You can obtain your registration details in 2 ways:

1– Phone or come into the surgery and request to have your registration details generated. You can then pick up your registration details from the surgery.

2– Send an e-mail with your name, address, and date of birth requesting your registration details to simon.watkins@dorset.nhs.uk.  Your registration details will be e-mailed back to you as an attachment. (Please note that this is not a secure e-mail, so you send your details at your own risk.)

Once you have your registration details click here to register.

You will then be able to use the online facilities.
