Registering With The Practice

If you are not a patient with our practice, we would be happy for you to register with us.

Just come to reception at either of our surgeries where we can complete your registration.

To save time having to complete forms when you get to the surgery, you can print off and complete the registration form, and practice questionnaire in advance.

We are currently looking to start a patient participation group, as we are continually looking at ways to improve the practice. If you would be interested in joining, either send a feedback form from the Online Facilities/ Feedback page of this website, or contact reception.

 

We became a training practice in August 2009, and therefore have  additional doctors on the team looking to gain experience within general practice. They are fully qualified doctors, and have experience working in hospitals in the NHS.

 

As you may have seen if you have visited the practice in Parkstone recently, we have expanded to accommodate extra consulting rooms on the ground floor level.
